actually everything was great. staff was outstandingly accommodating, strategic location in a modern area. fairly clean and sleek hotel in etobicoke district. a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and fridges in my king room were a very thoughtful addition.

A homey hotel in Toronto. Pretty clean place, welcoming service, wonderfully helpful staff. The room was very nice modern and recently refurbished, plus the bed was large. Liked customer service too. Definitely, free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property.
